To get started, all you'll need is your order number and your email address used to place your order. If you don't know your order number, you can locate the seven-digit number in your order confirmation email or on the packing slip that was shipped with your order. 

If you discover an issue with your product, please contact our Customer Support team at support@americaisbackco.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and any relevant photographs so that we can figure out what went wrong and ensure it does not happen again, we want to make your experience with us as easy and pleasant as possible.
