Shipping policy

America Is Back will ship to all 50 states, U.S. PO Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If shipping APO/FPO/DPO it must ship USPS.

For APO/FPO addresses, please ensure that your shipping information is properly formatted to fight against errors in our shipping systems. Here is an example of a properly formatted address:

1. SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 10-31 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. Orders may be delayed by your country due to COVID regulations.

2. WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Yes, because customs charges differ from country to country, it is your responsibility to find out what the charges will be. If your package is returned to us because you refused to pay customs, America Is Back Co will not issue a refund.

3. PREORDER AND AMERICA IS BACK CO  LIMITED

If your order contains a preorder or America Is Back Co item your entire order will ship when that item becomes available. Once available it will ship in the method purchased. If you would like to split the order please contact Customer Service for further assistance. 

4. SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES

We offer free standard shipping and handling to all Club America Is Back Co members and any order over $75.

Standard $7.95 4 to 6 business days. Delivery times go into effect after the order is processed for shipping. This excludes holidays and weekends.
Standard Plus $9.95 3 to 4 business days. Delivery times go into effect after the order is processed for shipping. This excludes holidays and weekends.
Expedited $15 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times go into effect after the order is processed for shipping. This excludes holidays and weekends.
Rush Shipping $25 1-2 business days. Delivery times go into effect after the order is processed for shipping. This excludes holidays and weekends. Unfortunately, this service is unavailable to PO Boxes.

Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations at no additional charge.

Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address. Orders that qualify for free shipping and handling will receive free shipping and handling for all addresses.

Our flat-rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.

Free standard shipping and handling is valid for logged-in America Is Back Co members on all orders. Orders over $100 are shipped free on a standard method for all customers
